I was pleasantly surprised by the shared lounge, where I could relax after a long day, and the complimentary breakfast featuring local cuisine that was delicious and energizing. The double room was a bit small for my boys, especially with their ski gear, but that can easily be overlooked given how much fun we had!

We loved our stay at this guesthouse in Otaru! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the train station and the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke great English. The bed was comfortable and the shared lounge area was cozy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. The ambience of the building was charming and well-decorated. Although the soundproofing wasn't perfect due to the age of the building, it didn't affect our overall experience. We had a great time and definitely felt like we got our money's worth. we highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Otaru.
